This poem comes from a mix of timelines… I originally started writing this poem in 2020 and never fully finished it until this week. It is heavily inspired by the tragic LA wildfires that were just happening not too long ago… I’ve always felt so connected to LA, so it was extremely heartbreaking seeing it in flames in real time…
